My favorite magazine is Edible Memphis, hands down. I usually read it cover-to-cover when I get it. Memphis is a vibrant food community-- so much great food, so many fascinating characters.
I've had the pleasure of shooting for Edible for the past several years, though I'd read and love the magazine even if I weren't a contributor. I've met so many interesting folks-- like these girls, the Raw Girls. They run a business of home-delivered food, usually brought to you a week at a time. It's all delicious, and it just also happens to all be raw. For this story, they showed us around their home kitchen, which is actually quite different from their "commercial" kitchen.
